Plate purchased :ylsuper:

Thanks for the ideas and help everyone. I saw the plate I wanted but it was already taken. I checked the New Zealand plate site and it was for sale (re-sale). I paid a decent price to get it but I made an offer 1/3 the price he was asking and he accepted my offer. I am over the moon. This is the cherry on top of Madeline's build. It was plain before (no text) but I'll have it remade for $20 and have the font top and bottom as in the photos below.

For this car and for the person it's for (AC/DC mad), I couldn't have picked a better one. Thanks once again for all your help! This is the perfect plate for Madeline and myself. I can if wanted also have it close together but I prefer it apart as that's how you read it: AC DC. If it's close together "some" people may read acidic etc, this way there is NO confusion. Although, how anyone could confuse it for something else I'd have no idea lol. Anyhow, it's only 20 bucks to remake it with a space or different font, having the plate is the main thing!

Isnt there more than 1 meaning to AC DC ?

slang ...   Seems I have seen on that show the L-word ?    Might want to look that up.

Don't need to look it up, it means voltage output, bi curious or of that nature and of course the greatest rock band ever- AC/DC!! Who cares? I guess those who think of the other non popular ones are of that nature themselves or have "that" topic on their minds (something you want to tell us?). I'm pretty sure the BACK IN BLACK, the cars year, model and engine and me hopping out with an AC/DC and Mopar badged up blazer should sort out any confusion. :smokin: Thanks everyone else, I guess there always has to be one green eyed wannabe who tries his best to be a spoilsport eh.

I remember back a couple of years ago, I posted the same topic and was sorta looking for some plate ideas for The Beast.  I had several possibilities, and one of them was "MRKWIK".  Meaning Mister Quick.    :burnout:   Of course I was thinking solely about the tag on the car.  But Rev-It-Up got me good on that one..    :22yikes:  She said "well it might look cool on the car, but if you don't want all the women at the car shows snickering when you ride by, you might want to use something else"..    :smilielol:   :smilielol:   :smilielol:   I ended up going with a state issued Historical Antique tag....    :2thumbs:

Hey Carl, you can customize your plate like that down there? Doesn't the plate have to say New Zealand or something on it anywhere...lol.  :clueless:
