Welcome aboard! In the picture of the passenger side, it looks like there is an outhouse behind the Chevy truck - Could you get that in the deal, too?
That car looks much better than mine did when I got it. Yes, it has been sitting, but it is good that the glass is in it, and the interior is reasonably well protected. If you can work a deal, it looks like a potentially really nice car. As others have said, just have a look for obvious rust spots (torsion bar crossmember, rear frame rails, trunk drop-off panels, windshield base, floor pans), and be realistic about the costs.
