Thanks, I may go with the braided/stainless look.

I went to Holley's website and they got some assortment packs listed.

The only problem with using that for the radiator hoses is that you have to get AN fittings welded to the radiator, thermostat housing, and water pump.  You'd also be in trouble if the water pump ever went out.  Hose and fittings that size are also really expensive, I thought about doing it for awhile but I couldnt justify it on the radiator hoses.  But they do look awesome!

You guy's are wasting $$$, Braid hoses look pretty and can take more abuse but they aren't needed for a street car. Rubber hoses like from Gates last a long time now and are strong.

Same with those tuning kits from holley, has more stuff in there than whats needed.

I think any new carb would be fine, if not it can be fix very easy. Guess if you are not sure what goes on in the carb it could be tricky.

I am trying to find a moulded rubber hose that will fit.  It needs to be longer due to the side mount tanks of the Aluminum Rad.

Measure how long about the hose is needed and what size openings the rad and motor are. Go to a friendly auto part store and see if they let you or help you snoop around at their hoses. Theres so many out there you might just find a hose for it. If not a flex hose would work but doesn't look too cool.  Some flex hoses are shape on one end.

On E-bay Holley them selfs sell returned carbs and they are like under a year old, I believe they have raised the min prices for the new year but it still is a buy and even has a 90 warranty...only place to buy a holley carb on e-bay IMO.

Today they listed a 950....

I think I may try to get one of those carbs sold by Holley on ebay, or find a decent one that I can rebuild.  It could save me a couple hundred bucks which would be awesome.
