That bottom one looks like a 4speed console with that piece cut out of the side to clear the shifter.

That's an automatic console. Mine is that way. The cutout for the 4-speed is more forwardly palaced, and a little larger.

An easy way to tell the difference is the factory auto cut is squared off at the corners of the cut and the 4 speed factory cut is rounded at the cut corners.
