 :smokin: Just joking!!!

My wife quit smoking 10 years ago after my father died from prostate cancer.  It really woke her up and I know my dad would've been proud of her.

:clapping:  Good for you!!!!    :clapping:  I bet everything smells and tastes better too!

Congratulations!! I hope my wife can figure out how to stop as it's going on 20 years of trying to stop smoking for her.

Congrats. I've never been a smoker, but forom what I watched my mother go through it's a tough habit to kick.

Congratulations to you! That's a tough habit to get rid of - it took me 3 tries before I finally quit for good. It's going on 19 years now, and I'd have to say that it's one of the best things I ever did for myself. You should be very proud of yourself!

Congradulations with that. Myself I have never smoked anything in my life so I cannot know what it's like to give it up. I did watch cancer take my dad first and them my mother from heavy smoking. Just last week we went to a friends funeral. She was 58 and fought cancer for two years and smoked till see died.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!! I quit smoking about 6 years ago and quit dipping a little more than 2 years ago. It is nice to be nicotine free but now I need to work on the extra 25 lbs. that I seemed to pick up after I quit  :banghead:

Way to go Ghost...excellent. It's been said that smokers will either want to quit or have to quit. BTW, how'd you do it, I've been addicted for 39 years now.  :banghead:
