I sometimes think the same thing although I only spend an hour a day, my 8-12 posts a day are within that time but still, it adds up after 4+ years. I use to think I need a life, but, this is my life, Mopars. Online communities are as much a part of the hobby today as car shows, gatherings, talking over the phone, you name it. Like my stack of Mopar Muscle Magazines and posters, C-C.C and a couple of other forums are my life, my passion - Mopar.

:iagree: with Carl. 100%  (No such thing as 110% if someone told you they just gave you 110%, that means they did not give 100% earlier.)  Anyway, i too have made the Mopar brand as a part of my life.  :2thumbs:

I would have to say that mopars have been most of my life.  I would call it my passion also.   I look forward to seeing the posts and input on what I have asked about.  I look forward to making my Mopar a show car so to speak.  I want a driver that looks so good it is showable.  I would like to say HI to all my friends here.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

:iagree:  There have definitely been more users/guests online within the past year here (been here for a little over 5 years now), but the quality of the posts have maintained stability and is quite an accomplishment for any Internet forum.  I've been at a couple other sites that just go downhill after so many years, but this one is continuing to stay strong and relatively solid at its core.  It's also nice we don't have too many restrictions on what is posted under the "General" discussion portion of the site as I'm at another forum that is very strict about non-automotive discussions. :misbehaving:

SC,

You have made some good points. :2thumbs:

This is the only forum that I belong to and only for about four months. I think for me, some of my observations are that I don't see or feel an attitude about how someones car is faster or better than somebody elses. If a question is asked about how to do or rebuild something, good advice is given. The newbie welcome section is great. It helps break the ice and encourages newbies to feel comfortable posting. The moderators also do a good job of policing posts without making anyone an example to the rest of the members.

Just my :2cents:

I've unfortunately been away for a semester now. Logged in for the first time today - 178 pages of unread posts. Needless to say, I am not going to even attempt to catch up on all of that...

Nevertheless, good to be back. Hopefully I can stick around for a while before I go back to drowning in that hell that is class, schoolwork and assorted extracurriculars.
