Now thats what I mean, some good ideas 4C.

MEK, it won't be that bad. The group didn't drink that much last year...  :poopoke: Don't forget the Barqs for CP.

Cones for the parking areas is one more idea from another thread. Come on guys, we only have about 6 months to go... :bananasmi
Keep the ideas comming. I still have more, but lets hear yours first.  :thinkerg:

I think we should pull everyone together and make a big canopy section with tents and such - I really liked the setup we had last year and can help in any way to bring stuff in (since ya know, I live SOOOO far away)

I too was thinking about getting a small propane grill/stove setup for extra cooking - maybe doing some chicken wings or chili or somethin'.  And - if y'all want - I'll do the photos of everyone with their individual car like I did last year.  I know I missed some people last time - I'll try doing better this time!

I think a simple (and cheap) raffle would be fun - maybe some Mopar stickers or a hat or shirt (I work at a Chrysler dealership, so I might be able to secure some stuff at reasonable prices.)

Just a few I could think of so far...

Dave you arrange the tent and tables to be there, and cook the lunches for us. And every year this expense has to exceed $200.00. I make it a point to personally hand ya a "pic" of a certain dead president  :roflsmiley: to help you out. But somehow I always get the feeling you end up with the bigger balance, and our group just keeps increasing in size  :bananasmi , so this expense will grow. It's hard to get 30-40 people with grills and coolers under one tent as it is  :roflsmiley:  As far as  beverages go, personally I think everyone should bring their own, I don't think MEK (or anyone) should have to use their Cuda or Challenger as a "drink wagon". I get nervous watching you "drag" out the grill etc. out of your Cuda, I would be sick if somehow a scratch or upholstery tear would result  :hyper: .  Just some thoughts and concerns.  The last couple years is a lot different than five years ago when the group consisted of about 7 people  :roflsmiley:

Why can't we get a $20 sweatshirt or, wall clock, or something - something somewhat cheap, hold a raffle with say a $5 buy-in or something, and give the proceeds to the meat-man.

I can tell ya that our dealership has a SWEET neon-lit MOPAR clock, but it's like $60...

Just some thoughts, but I agree with WS.  Dave shouldn't have to fund it all - he's got engines to install in his cars 24 hours before the show starts.  Give'm'a break already!  :)

This is good stuff. Lets keep this going.  :2thumbs:

I would not mind loading up the trailer with drinks again this year, if thats what we can all agree on. We can let MEK work on the hotel rooms.

I wanted to have some room left for other stuff, but it may be better if one person brings drinks, one or two poeple bring a grill, ect.

It's hard to get 30-40 people with grills and coolers under one tent as it is  :roflsmiley:  As far as  beverages go, personally I think everyone should bring their own, I don't think MEK (or anyone) should have to use their Cuda or Challenger as a "drink wagon".Just some thoughts and concerns.  The last couple years is a lot different than five years ago when the group consisted of about 7 people  :roflsmiley:

Realy, I did not mind one bit using the trailer last year for the "drink wagon". I think that may be it's thing. The trailer will hold a lot and was easy to take into the show, but it won't fit every thing we need. Thats what this thead is for.

Finding a better way to get this stuff in and out of the show, with out using the trunks and back seats of our cars is something to plan out ahead of time. Great point we need a fix for.

Some thing like 12 or 1 each day of the show members meet at the tent? As long as we agree on the time, it sounds great.  :2thumbs:

Keep them ideas going...  :thinkerg:
