Heres one for you Dave

http://www.topoftheline-travel.com/trailer-hitch-grill.html

Go on the back of your Chally trailer.

The only problem... I don't have a trailer hitch on the trailer.  :screwy:

I think I will just stick with drinks. I'll let you guys play with the fires... :stirpot:

So we need 2 or 3 grills at the tent. Some stands for the pictures. Tables and chairs. Man, see what I mean, alot of stuff. I will also bring a jump box/power inverter setup like last year so we can have some electric power.

I think there should be donation jars for the food or beverage. I am not saying we need to sell the product. A jar is a simple reminder to help offset the cost for the people who provide the food or drinks. I know for sure that if I had a choice to help out club members or walk a distance, I would definitely buy local.

Plus if you have a standard meeting time at the tent, it would be a good time for people to pick up a bite and something to drink.

I like the idea of a parts list with cell #'s. If you live under a rock and do not have a cell phone or do not giving out your cell #, people could report back to the tent the location of the part you are looking for. Call it a mini parts scavenger hunt or what ever you want but it is a good idea.

Unless we can get some special permission to load a truck and bring it in early, the only real way of moving the items in or out is with the cars. So maybe we need to have a central location to load up supplies to bring in each morning. This would hopefully spread out the burden of a few people. I have a truck and trailer that will be near if we need to stock pile any supplies. We would just need to coordinate the cars each morning to load up for that day. They usually are not to friendly about letting you supply yourself instead of using their vendors. I am sure they would love to find a way to shut down the people outside the gates also.

I still can't help a whole helluva lot with the storage and such, but if you guys want me to transport food items back and forth, I can always keep stuff cold overnight at my own place.

Just a thought...

Oh yeah Dave, get one of those for the back of the trailer.

...Oh the grill - yeah, it's nice too...

Jeff

PSST - get the one in back too - um, not the tent....  :)

Ewwwww!  That looks too much like the front of a Ford Ranger and I'll bet someone from Carlisle would have it removed from the premises! :naughty:  BTW, if you need access to bring in a truck or something on Thursday I might know someone  :clueless:

Erm, I wasn't really even lookin' at the grill...  ...oh hey yeah there is a grill there, and yeah I guess it does kinda look like a ranger...

That's alright - looks better than the two Dakotas that were parked at the CC.C tent at Carlisle on Sunday.  Those things were fugly.

Dave,
Sorry, I wanted to see your trailer but I didn't get to see it.  Maybe this year!!

BTW, MoparChuck's picture is for real!  We went to Mopar Marty's looking for various sheetmetal for Chuck's F8 AAR and Marty offered him a great deal on the shell in the picture.  Not wanting to lose the deal Chuck bought it and asked Marty if he could load it.  We pulled up in the Ranger and Marty used the forklift to set it on the bed!  We strapped it down as you see it in the pics and drove close to 50 miles to my house north of Carlisle.  Chuck dropped me off and drove another 30+ miles to his house!!!  Semicuda just seemed like a perfect name!  What a day that was  :screwy:
