Just wanted to mention a good ebay seller, bestfixer:
This guy sent me a set of key blanks immediately after recieving payment. But the keys took about a month to arrive in my snowed down norwegian mailbox (Envelope stamped DEC 7 2007). I sent him a message at 01.04.08., telling him that they hadn't arrived after nearly a month. He apologised for that, and told me he would send me new ones 01.05.08.
I wanted to share the loss with him, but he wouldn't have any of that.
And yesterday, the day after messaging him, the keys arrived, same day as he mailed me to tell that he had shipped the second set to make up for the ones believed to be lost in mail...
Very upstanding seller.
