Wiper switch

I know the wiper switches are different between a two and three speed wiper motors, but will a two speed switch work on a 3 speed wiper motor.

it should make the wipe motor run in 1 postion but work properly no way

Your motor will not park. It will just run because the 2 speed configuration will not tell the motor to go into reverse
and park. Your motor will also heat up.
