And it's even more unbelievable, considering how much time and effort it must have taken to put the car in that weird state.  :banghead:

... but to each his own i guess.

Edit: Only reasonable explanation would be, that the owner runs an airbrushing company and wanted it as a showcar to attract customers. Still not my cup of tea.

Being mostly a purist, I don't know why I like it.  Drop that scoop and I think it would be one bad@ss car.  I kinda like it.

I'm always the odd one.

I wonder if that is paint or a vinyl overlay?  I hope an overlay so it can be taken off easily.

Looks like they were going for a jet fighter look, trying to make it look like riveted aluminum panels.

Too each his own.  I would never do that to a nice car as that.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

That guy is from Switzerland.
- the car was an original hemi R/T car, mint condition when he got it. But he sold the # match hemi / 4speed, and got a 360 / aut. for it, to pay for the paint job....  :clueless:

Actually that guy is from Vienna. The red shield with white cross on the license plate is the symbol of Austria's capital. Although it looks very similar to the Swiss flag.

I'll say this - if the guy did it himself, then he's a God.  If he paid for someone else to do it, then lets just hope he has enough money to have another RESPECTABLE looking vehicle at home.

I will say though to each his own - hell, some people think just paying the money we pay for these old cars is flat out stupid.  My mother in law won't say it, but I think she hates my mopar - no matter how it looks.

The car itself is cool...  :iagree: that must've taken a lot of time to do.... I'm still kinda speachless... I just stare at it with my mouth open with this kinda feeling....

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
