    I've never been a big fan of the spraycan-do-it-yourself-flat-black paint, that some guys apply to their cars in order to save paintshop costs. It always has that kind of "ratty" feel to it and just looks cheap.

    But the flat black paint here is just awesome! I love that satin finish and if i'm gonna repaint my Challenger one day, it will definitely look exactly like this!  Just gotta love it. :ylsuper:

    Both SEM and DuPont now sell a single stage satin black called "Hot Rod Black"

    I am planning on using it on the bottom and "blacked out" areas on my Challenger.

    That guy with the AAR NEON car used it on his hood. I wuz thinking of using it on my AAR scheme. I like it!!  Yeah it's called Hot Rod Black. :thumbsup:

    Its some type of a mercedes benz....look closely at the license plate frame and the emblem on the rear deck.

    I reckon that looks awesome, I'd love to paint one of my cars like that one day, not an E-Body. I would like to paint the Jeep like that, nice and army. That car could easily be mistaken for the Batmobile from the side

    Mercedes SLR McLaren, this particular one might have gotten some aftermarket treatment, note the ZR (?) logo above the fender gills.
    I like to see modern and hideously expensive cars in flat black!
    Wouldn't mind that color on the areas on my Chally that's going to be blacked out.

    I love the exhaust out the sides right behind the FRONT wheels.  :2thumbs: I wonder if that would be legal in the states?
