Kind of a "Spacey" question
« on: February 06, 2004 - 05:10:29 PM »
Hi guys!   I really appreciate this board and all the wonderful tips you guys provide.   Thanks.   Now I've got a question for you -- hope you can help me out!   I have a set of 15 X 8 Crager SS wheels.  The offset is 4 and 1/4".  I put on BFG P275/60R-15 's.  great looking tires-puts the car in a nice stance - only problem is the fender edge can hit the lettered part of the tire.   this is against drum brakes.  but I am switching over to disk brakes.  anybody had any experience with SSBC's rear setup ???  I can't see how it will bring the rims back inside any further -- seems like the new rotor might actually push it out farther--  Of course, I have the option to go with a 7 " rim -  before I do that thought I would check with the best tipsters in town.  Thanks

Thanks-  saw the pics from your link.. that Cuda has a nice setup.  So I guess a better question is if I can get Crager ss in more backspacing than 4 1/4.

Summit said 4 1/4 was the largest Backspacing for 15x8 .  Anyone know better.  maybe I can get these somwhere else.
