First of all, this style master cylinder is not hemi only.  It was used on all B body disc brake cars, '68-'69 disc hemi B bodies, and 1970 disc C bodies.  This style was never original equipment on a '70 E body.
Second, he copied an Aftermarket master cylinder!  The casting numer 29882 was used by my former employer on their master cylinder which was sold under the Raybestos and Napa United lines part number 36283!  OEM for these master cylinders was the Bendix Corporation, their casting number was 2225621.
Someone should have done a little more research! :2cents:

From the looks of that and your info it looks liek it is not a reproduction, but just another aftermarket part?

It's a repro of an aftermarket part that was and still may be available at your local Napa store for less than $75.
Another error he made the stamping on the cap.  The SAE DOT3 standard information on the cap was not used until the mid 70's, that standard is still valid today along with DOT 4 and 5.  In 1970 the SAE standard for brake fluid was J1703.  Prior to that it was SAE-70 R3.

Except hemis. Hemi B body master cylinders, in fact every drum and disc brake master cylinder ever used on a hemi car, had the outlets on the fender side of the casting.
The master cylinder with the outlets on the engine side was otherwise identical to the hemi master cylinder.  Same 1-1/8" bore size, same pistons, same cap.

Seems to me that you know your brake parts, so I have a question for you.  My '73 Cuda needs a new vac brake booster and I want to replace the master cylinder at the same time.  What would you recommend???

If yours is a disc brake car, then the Raybestos MC36307 or Napa United 36307 is correct.  For power drum I don't recall the number off the top of my head, I think it might have been 36308.
If you still have your original master cylinder don't toss it.  Original Bendix master cylinders are rare and can be rebuilt to as good as new!

Its a disc brake car and I have the factory master cylinder.  What about the vac booster?  Its hissing when I apply the brakes...vac leak.

I just wanted to add this from conversation i had with Booster Dewey before i shipped the original (power disc) brake booster to him for his services. I mentioned that as my original master cylinder had long since been replaced, i was considering a new NAPA master cylinder upon installation. Without hesitation he supported that decision. As well, i've not had any issues over the years using Raybestos products.

I'm not a booster expert, but I would certainly vote for sending my booster to Booster Dewey for rebuild rather than trying to track one down at a part store or other source.
My former employer owned the Raybestos name for brake parts and were Napa's source for the United brake parts,  In other words, they are both the same part regardless of what the box says.
I got laid off in 2005 and by the end of that year they had pretty much shut down all North American manufacturing.  I can certainly vouch for the quality of the product when it was made here.  Now all brake manufacturers pretty much source everything from the other side of the Pacific, and I believe all brands on the market source their parts from the same manufacturers.  Therefore you might as well just shop for the best price you can find and don't consider the name on the box to be very relevant.
I don't trust Chinese parts as far as I can spit, the current situation sucks but what are you going to do when the only part available for your car is made there??
Personally I have been keeping my eye out for NOS and NORS parts and trying to stash some parts away for when I need some in the future, so I won't have to put questionable Chinese parts on my cars. :thinkerg:
