    3 speed wiper motor

    I need help! when I bought my 71 challenger it came in boxes and I need to know what wipers it has 2spd or 3spd.I have both switches  2 and 3 spds I also have a parts dash with the 3spd wiring.Can anyone tell what wiper motor I have in the pic and if it's the right year?Also is there a differance in the wiper linkage from the 2spd and 3spd? Thanks Chuck   :dunno:

    That picture is of a three speed wiper motor.  The linkage is the same.

     :iagree:   I don't believe that the linkage is any different for a 2 or 3 speed.

    I have the same wiper motor on my car with a 2 speed wiper switch. I will say someone has done some "editing" on the wiring, but why?   :pullinghair:


    I should probably sell the wiper motor I have for a 2-speed.   :lol:

    Linkage is different, dash wiring is the same.

    Hey Ken,
    are you in need of a wiper motor? come to think of it, i havent seen a "wanted" post from you. theres got to be something you need all the way over in that god-forsaken prison island of yours  :roflsmiley: just kidding  :lol: but really, if you really want a wiper motor, i have one  i picked up for $15 i can hook it up to my harness to test it. unfortunately it was spray bombed silver, but ive been pretty successful in restoring them so i personally wouldnt mind the paint.  :blah:
