My first complete Mopar was/is my 71 Challenger R/T.

I had the Hemi all my life, but it is just an engine.

As she sits today.

I wish I had pictures of my first Mopar; a 71 Barracuda, slant 6 three speed on the floor, originally purple but was white when I acquired it, black interior, very low option car. I saw it on the side of the road and paid $50.00 and drove it home. Sold it 6 months later to a friend who had to have it.

Here's my '74 (w/ a '70 front clip) at a show in Petersburg, VA in 1989.  Not me, but a good friend of mine in the pic.  I need to dig up some other pictures of this car.

My first Mopar was a 70 Superbird I found completely disassembled and in primer. I bought it for $6500 and brought it home in boxes. 3 years later I was driving it with it's original 440 6-barrel, 4-speed, Dana 60, Bench seat, radio delete, Dana 60 setup. I don't have pictures of it when I bought it, but this was taken around 1988. I miss that car. Mike  :burnout:
