Rebuilt Posi WIW?

I've been looking at this on e-bay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120209678108&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fmotors.search.ebay.com%3A80%2F%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D120209678108%26fvi%3D1

The guy needs to get rid of it and said make him an offer on it.  What do you guys think it's worth?

Wow...someone did buy it.....no it wasn't me.....that was the 3rd time it was listed, which was why I was pretty suspicious about it.  Oh well....another one will come along someday.

Well, new ones go for around $500, so $200 may not have been too bad.
