Header suggestions??

I have a 70 R/T with a mild 383 4spd and want to put headers on it. Looking for ceramic coated that will fit nicely with the least amount of mods. And TTI's are just too much $$$ Any other ideas??

There is no other option...tti are worth the money, it only takes a couple of set of burnt wires to make up the differance...

The stepped design of the TTIs acts like an exhaust reversion dam,equal length design and collector are there, all goes into a 'tuned' exhaust system and aids in the scavenge affect during overlap. Get what you pay for. . . and i just wish i could afford them myself!

Then I guess it will have to wait a bit--$800 is a bit more than I can do right now...oh well.....Oh and Chryco---I ordered the SSBC kit that we discussed last week, now all I have to do is wait for the UPS guy. Thanks for your help

Well I run 2" TTI's .... so you know my vote.... 4c's have fitment issues .... If I was 4C and the crap he is going through I would personally take them back to their doorstep and lay someone out...

I don't have anything bad to say about tti besides, "Make a dam 1 7/8" small block header already, Geez!".

I still do not know id Dave has a longer / wrong idler arm or something causing the problem
