Just thought I would post this here. Have a bleeder screw that won't come out. Don't waste your time trying to get it out, or your money buying a new one. 5 minite removal tip.
1. just take chisel or grinder and chisel or grind it off flush.
2. take a 3/16" drill and drill down till you come to the the cross drilled hole that is in the bleeder. You will see where that is on the new replacement.
4. take a 1/4" drill and drill down till you just break through the cross drill, slowly drill approx 1/16" futher but NO further
5. take a 10 penny nail, give is a very slight bend
6. slip the nail in the hose connection orifice and follow it into the small hole on opposite end where the bleeder is
7. give the nail a rap with a hammer and the V shaped plug will pop out
Years ago I spent 3 hours trying to get one bleeder out then learned this trick and 5 mins later job done.
