a man moves his family from alabama to new york city. being a good parent each day when he son Jimmy comes home from his new school he makes sure to ask him how things are going.
The first day home from school dad asks how things went and Jimmy says " great dad! we had a math test today im the best math student in the 5th grade ! " dad says " Well of course you are youre from Alabama."
The 2nd day of school dad asks Jimmy how things went and again hes ectastic " We had a spelling test today and im the best speller in the 5th grade!" dad says " Well of course you are youre from Alabama"
The 3rd day of school doesnt go so well dad can tell the minute Jimmy walks in the door that somethings bothering him. Jimmy says " Dad we had gym class today and they made us take a shower afterwards. I noticed that im alot " bigger " and hairier than the other kids in the 5th grade is that because im from alabama? "
Dad slowly shakes his head and says " No Jimmy, thats because youre EIGHTEEN "
