Looking good. How much for the rad and fans?

I have also never noticed the rad support bowed up like that in the middle. Is that a 71 Challenger thing??

You know what, mine isn't flat accross the middle either?? It doesn't look to rise as much as yours in the middle but hard to tell from a picture right.  :dunno:

ever think you had the coolest idea in the world and then you see someone else took it?  Yea my 70 ragtop is in the shop painted a viper yellow too.  I also had the brillent idea of wanting to put a twin turbo viper engine in a E body, thats been done too...
Anyway, sweet car...

Dan ...
I know what ya mean ... :hyper:

I painted my car 4 years ago and now yellow cars are on every corner.

I guess what they say about "been there done that" holds true most of the time. :faint:

You need to post up some photos of your car what year is it?

Nice radiator!   I might have to go with one of those as well.

You silly man, can't you tell that's a low budget radiator insulator?
It should be good enough, no need to fork out big money for high-end products like this: http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=35

Thanks Travis, Fred is great to work with I Definitely recommend it, Plus he puts the mounts were you want them.. :woo:

I am also working with him on adding baffles to my factory gas tank so the efi electric pump will pick-up under cornering and hard acceleration.
I will keep you posted.

I got a 1970 challenger convertible, I bought a viper engine/tranny for it, now thinking I want the shaker 426 hemi cause it would be a sin to convert such a beautiful car and also the value would be higher with a shaker hemi but I see some of the prices for them, now not so sure.  So what does everyone think would be the best, a twin turbo viper engine/tranny or a shaker 426 hemi?  I did get the 15" ralley, dana 60 and the ralley dash already...  Its painted in the viper yellow now but I could always change that... So post what you think would be best...

What ever you prefer. I don't see to many modern motor E bodies around myself!

Maybe you should start a new thread.
