69 340 Barracuda
« on: January 21, 2008 - 09:24:52 AM »
Hey guys!  It's been a while since I've been online, but a friend of a friend has a car for sale and I thought I would put it up here for anyone who might be interested.  I've never seen the car in person as it's about 2 hours away from me.

It is located in Rockport, TX (south Texas, by Corpus Christi).  The website shows some pics and the contact info is there also.  She is asking $14K for it but is open to offers.  http://www.classyauto.com/v/Plymouth+Barracuda/64811

Wowsa!!

A post from Rev!!   :clapping:  :woo:  :woohoo:

I'm not really up on my A-Bodies, but that price might be a tad steep. It's a great start to a resto project.

Hi there Rev
Great to see you posting here again  :woo:  :jumping: :woohoo:
Missed ya  :'(

Ok for the car, I'm sorry I have to agree with MEK, It may be a bit steep if it's a 318 car.
The second gen. Barracudas just haven't got their due yet  :walkaway:

WOW!!   :wow:  It soothes the eyes to see a post by Rev-It-Up again....   :grinyes:  Hope you can find the time to hang out more, we miss ya....       As for the car, the 2nd gen Cudas are starting to rise in value, but they aren't there yet.  If it was a 340 Formula S car or a big block, it is a fair price.  The 318's are also beginning to rise.  I wish your friend the best of luck with the sale.....    :2thumbs:

Hey guys! I miss you all too.  All is well with me...still getting acclimated to my new "climate" here in Texas.  I don't know much about a-bodies either and thought it was a tad high.  From the website, it looks like the paint and body work are done, so that's a plus.

I promise to stop in more often.  Miss you all!

She hasn't been on here since May 28th.   I doubt she responds.   :dunno:
