Ebay experience with one of our members (Slotts).
« on: January 24, 2008 - 08:49:26 PM »
I sell a few parts here and there on Ebay.  A few months ago when I sent out some parts I sent a correct part to an address and an incorrect part to the same address.  The incorrect part was supposed to go to another person.  I addressed the two boxes with the same address by mistake.  The guy who received both boxes looked up who it was supposed to go to on Ebay.  He then contacted who it was supposed to go to and sent the part on to him, instead of just keeping it like others may do.  I just recently found out that this guy is our member Slotts.  With everything bad posted in this section I wanted to post something good and to also give a public thank you to Slotts.  It is good to know that people like him are members of CC.com.

While we're at it, I would also like to formally share my awesome experience with Jim (Slotts). He sent me an item for free to test his shipping speed and methods of delivery. Of course, I'm not going to say no! In return all he wanted was my honest feedback so he could have satisfaction knowing his services, shipping rates and shipping speed were top class, which they were. He even threw in some US money as souvenirs. Cheers to you Jim.

When the car carrier showed up with two hemicudas, I only had garage space for one. So I had the driver take the other to it's rightful owner.

Thank you everyone.

Slotts, I saw some dash switches on ebay last night saying restored. :roflsmiley:  Nothing close to your quality. They just took them apart, cleaned them and are selling them for 40 bucks as a buy now. The level of your work and quality is superb over anyone elses I have seen. Your price is dead on for quality. Keep up the excellent work :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:
