Hello all. I thought I did this already but didn't see it posted.  I'm new to the forum and just bought a 70 RT/SE.  Now begins the fun of tinkering with a new toy.  I've founds lots of great info here and look forwrd to more.  Just a hillbilly in CT if that aint a hoot!!

Welcome aboard!  Is it a project car or a driver?  Whereabouts in CT?  I grew up in southeast CT near New London on the Thames (not the exotic one), but now live in Dallas.  Don't miss the winters one bit.

Thanks to both of you for the welcome.  I'm in southeast CT near the NY border.  I'm a displaced hillbilly from KY but my wife is a yankee and this is where we are for the next couple of years.  I don't care for the weather up here but I'll be back south soon enough.  I just bought a 70 Rt/SE U code car.  The car was restored/poorly painted about 6 years ago but the good thing is it saved the body.  The color was also changed from FE5 Rallye Red to a shade of yellow that I don't like.  The interior is in good shape because they recovered the seats at the same time.  The console is in great shape and it has a new headliner that looks great.  The dash pad is in great shape (no disscoloration or cracks) but the instument cluster needs help.  Someone put blue LEDs in the light bar with a homemade wire harness so I'm trying to figure that out.  None of the other gages are working right now and I haven't checked it out to see why.  Needless to say, I'll be asking you Mopar experts a lot of questions as I go along here.  Ok, enough of my babble, again, thanks for the welcome.
