My car addiction started with a used, hotrodded 68 GTX when I was 17. Then a 68 Barracuda, then I saved for years to get my first E-body, the 70 6-pack Cuda that I still have. Saved a few more years and got my 71 conv.

Now the real reason I am HERE. Just wanted to post some pics of my cars and have people that I have never met tell me how cool I am.  :dunno:

Well, considering Maude first aired in 1972, and I was not born until 1974 you got me on that one.........pops

Bea Arthur?
OOOOOOOOhhhhhhh

I'd say thems fightings words there April!

Sorry if this offends anyone, but it reminded me of a Jeffrey Ross joke about Sandra Bernhard at the Jerry Stiller roast:  I wouldn't F her with Bea Arthur's d*ck (Bea Arthur was in the crowd at the time).

Thanks all. Sometimes I just need the pick-me-up. To remember what it's all about when life gets busy.

I think Jim may have summed it up best with a song. We are like family around here.

from the top.

My dad had my challenger before i was even thought of. so naturally it was always the best car ever. then in 03 my dad said that he was tired of me breaking my back as a mechanic and said he would give me his car if i would join the Air Force. I jumped and said where do i sign  (4 years of service is nothing for the ones we love  ) . in 2004 or 2005, after being told that burnt orange was an ugly color and nobody would ever pay more than 12K for a burnt orange challenger, i started doing searches for BO challys. once i found you guys, i found a family that not only "liked me" but reinstilled my faith in the love of burnt orange!!!  :2thumbs: The site has become more like another family than anything else and i would do almost anything for anyone here (just short of getting rid of my chally,.... or my wife  :misbehaving:  )

Somehow she always wins.   :bricks1:

I know you aren't old enough, but the sitcom "Maude" comes to mind.   :22yikes:

If you can picture April as Bea Arthur, I'm good with it!!   :smilielol:

   Mike

First off, does anyone else see the 5 o'clock shadow on Bea A. in that pic that was posted????

Secondly, and I am saving the best for last, and for MEK of course.  You are in soooooooo much trouble there buddy boy.  I am going to have to work long and hard to find the perfect punishment for you this time.  A doghouse, even if it is pink with polka-dots, is not even close to what I will come up with to get back at you.  Anyone with some ideas, feel free to PM me.  I really need to make this one good.
