You mean the engine mounts not being on and the valve cover touching the pass inner fender?   The rusty lookin frame rail and hole in the metal?   :clueless:

Nope.... take another look!   :22yikes:

the engine is itting on Schumaker mounts so it will not move , the engine is friggin tight in there but the headers fit well , no need to strap the engine down  , not even close to the Idler or pitman arm , tight to the right side T bar but not touching , the alum valve covers do touch the right side shock tower
I will let this run for a while , I know 2 people see what is wrong , there is a rumored history with this car but no proof
BTW the Alum heads are MP & are exactly the same as iron heads

Hmmm..... I'm not seeing any pictures, red X's, links or anything, and I'm on my home computer. What site are these pics posted on so I can track down why it may be blocked in my internet security.  :clueless:

:iagree:

I saw it from the first pic. I remember a car being on Ebay awhile back that had the same deal. So what is the history?

I posted them through imageshack.net
If your having trouble seeing them, I can upload them to a different host so you can see them.
Or, I can just email them to ya evil

I was using multipics.net, but it's been pissing me off lately  :stomp:
It's been lagging quite a bit.

The only other thing I see that is unusual about that Challenger? .........it's not Plum Crazy :dunno: ...... :roflsmiley:

Supposedly it was built for the original VP movie
not in any film I can find though & it is a orignal 340 4 spd so according to history all the VP cars were big block , 1- 383 & 4- 440

CP, ya say the motor sits "tight", and I would trust no one further than you and your word. But are you saying there will be no torque motion on this beast at all ?  Now man that would be "weird", hard to image. It's obvious by the pics it sure can't move too far in any direction :roflsmiley:. I'd put a set of them ole elephant ears on anyway, they just look cool.  :smilielol:

the Schumaker mounts are all poly & steel the deflection would be minute unless it pulls the whole K frame around which is possible , the frame will be repaired & most likely subframes will be installed also
Definatly was & still will be a driver .... not trailered

I have seen big horsepower Mopars here in Australia with stitch welded K-frames to help the bolts hold strong.  This stops K-frame walking. :2thumbs: But still welded in a spot so the welds can be cut easily for removal.
