The official Cuda-Challenger.com Hotel reservations for 2008.
« on: January 28, 2008 - 04:11:04 PM »
I think I finally worked out all the bugs with our Hotel reservations.  :pullinghair:  Why you people would leave me in charge is a mystery.   :screwy:

We are staying at the Quality Inn. 175 Beacon Road, New Cumberland, Pa. 17070. (717) 774-6200

The rooms are reserved for July 10-12th, with checkout on the 13th. Staying for less than 3 nights is fine. When you make your reservations, tell them you are part of Cuda-Challenger.com. They have us listed under group tour. The contact person is Bradley if there is any problem. He remembered us from last year, so I don't know if that's a good sign or not.  We have 9 single rooms, and 9 doubles. The rate is $109 a night for either room. As you make your reservations, please PM me and let me know how many of each rooms you have taken. I will keep a running tab here, so you can see what's available. Also PM me if you have any problems. I can't wait for July!!     Also, being the nice guy that I am, this is all on my credit card for now, so we in theory have until the last minute before canceling these un-used rooms. Understandably, I don't want to wait this long.  :grinno:

YES, THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY THE FAIRFIELD INN.   :grinyes:

UPDATE(again) thanks to the server crash.  :stomp:

MEK - you should probably mention what you told me:

This is the same Fairfield Inn as last year - they simply changed names. (correct?)

For those needing ultra-cheap stay, my couch is available for the ripe price of $10 a night.  ($20 if you want to play my Xbox while you stay.)  :)

Stroker, you can only stay at my place if the girl in the avatar is comin' too.  :)

For as many times as she gets me in trouble at work, I deserve a nice, looooong meet & greet!

I think just about everyone goes home Sunday morning. I can't help you with your question about going back to the fairgrounds with a trailer.

So I can put you down for 1 double room then? You didn't PM me.   :poopoke:

Halo 3 buddy!  And Forza 2, as well as a bunch of other decent games.

We're actually hoping to make our spare bedroom functional again by then, and even, if possible - relocate, even into a house if I can.  Doubt it, though.

And if I DO get a house by July, there WILL be a party/cook-out/XBox Tourn'y or SOMETHING...  :)

I could easily house one member.  If you don't mind a queen-sized air mattress, then two.  $10 a night - cover utilities, that's it.  :)
