Michele,

I'm not sure there will be a caravan. My alarm will be set early to get the 6AM breakfast before the girls softball team arrives.   :22yikes:

In past years, we have done our own thing pretty much as far as when we wake up and go. I plan to be on my way to the fairgrounds before 7AM. Others, later.

I aim to be leaving my place by 7 hopefully.  Not much of a morning person, but for Carlisle, it's worth it!

You'll probably beat me to the grounds again though, MEK.  :)

Will there be a official hotel again this year ?

I think I finally worked out all the bugs with our Hotel reservations.  :pullinghair:  Why you people would leave me in charge is a mystery.   :screwy:

We are staying at the Quality Inn. 175 Beacon Road, New Cumberland, Pa. 17070. (717) 774-6200

The rooms are reserved for July 10-12th, with checkout on the 13th. Staying for less than 3 nights is fine. When you make your reservations, tell them you are part of Cuda-Challenger.com. They have us listed under group tour. The contact person is Bradley if there is any problem. He remembered us from last year, so I don't know if that's a good sign or not.  We have 9 single rooms, and 9 doubles. The rate is $109 a night for either room. As you make your reservations, please PM me and let me know how many of each rooms you have taken. I will keep a running tab here, so you can see what's available. Also PM me if you have any problems. I can't wait for July!!     Also, being the nice guy that I am, this is all on my credit card for now, so we in theory have until the last minute before canceling these un-used rooms. Understandably, I don't want to wait this long.  :grinno:

YES, THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY THE FAIRFIELD INN.   :grinyes:

   Mike

UPDATE(again) thanks to the server crash.  :stomp:

The new person of contact at the Hotel is Mike Morrow, as I've been informed Bradley no longer works there.

   Rooms taken so far:

   MEK-Dangerfield  1 single        72challorange  1 Double

   moparmaniac59   1 single        Pottstown Cuda   1 Double

I answered in your other post...But if enough people want to jump on board again, I'll book a block of rooms there.

MEK - I plan on staying there as well since I will most likely not be living in the area anymore.  So count me in, too!!

I'm going to miss being "twenty minutes..."   :walkaway:
