I talked with Sam today & the center to center measurement on the idler arm should be 5.25" , if it is longer you either have the wrong idler of the fast ratio one

some reference photos for 4c..... its not even close lock to lock........ or straight up on the wheel...

Do you have some sort of small block k member with convert to big block mounts???

mine are 2" TTI's ??? and the car is completely down on its suspension on all four corners...... you can see the moroso solid motor mounts in the last pic ...

The 2" TTIs route the tubes differently than the 1 7/8 and 1 3/4 TTI headers.  The 2" design has a lot of clearence between the arms and tubes.
You should be able to run fast ratio arms with the 2" headers.

It is also a good 1/4 inch off the powersteering box....anyone considering getiing tti's just go with the 2" gunbarrels.... look how good the clearance is.....  :2cents: I hope 4c gets his issues worked out....  :working:
