Nice update.................... I bet you are wondering why you are sunburnt on your belly ?  Should were a shirt no matter how hot it gets buddy, skin cancer can be a killer and is highly likely to happen in an excellerated rate with no shirt welding :nono: Just some advice from someone who knows old mate.

Otherwise everything is looking unreal........... :2thumbs:

Looking awesome  :2thumbs: Make sure you mock up the quarters with the valance as well. it would hurt to bolt a bumper up either. I left a few "tabs" of the old metal to help guide mine...

Great porgress!

Dude!!   :ylsuper:   You are going nuts!!  KEEP IT UP!!!! :ylsuper:    :iagree:  Put the fenders on with the valence. Front and back.IMO :2cents: I've been watching all the new stuff coming out. Fit up is crucial.

Hate to say it...  Get a leather apron or something. :nono:  You can grind naked for all I care...Just don't weld naked!

THANKS FOR ALL THE PICS!!!  I'm considering this as well. What an inspiration.  :2thumbs:

Haha okay okay the welding without a shirt on was a bad idea I know, next time I'll put on some sunblock....jk

Thanks for everyone commenting and hemiken for the sick picture.  I am a little worried about hanging the quarters and getting them to line up.  Any tips would be great from people who have done this.  Here's a couple pics of: progress, people (my girlfriend) who have helped, and my new safety suit i wore today.  :ylsuper:

Thanks Mike, sorry I didn't stay and talk longer.  I got to talk to Viperman for a bit about college and sorts.  Even though I'm a relative newbie on this board it was cool to see you guys and your tent.  It was definitely worth the 11 hour drive to the fairgrounds.
