Hey, is it cold where your at?
« on: January 30, 2008 - 10:11:41 PM »
I get to leave ca. on monday, but have to fly to Omaha Ne then rent a car, drive to Sioux City Iowa then back to Omaha and fly to Alabama.  All this for an 8 hr Msha refresher. My work said 3 days. This my work thought was going along with my 2 week break.  So I blew my own trumpet and am taking 1.5 days to do all this, but will hate the snow and cold weather. And still take 15 days off.

How cold is it at everyones place?    I know CP  will say something to the affect of -50   I think 30 is 40 degrees too cold for me.

It was 18 below last night, wind chill was under -40* this morning.  Kinda funny how two days ago it was over 40*.

Over a 50* swing in two days.  It was just plain nasty this morning.  Got up to two below today.  Tomorrow its supposed to get up to 12 tomorrow.

Yes, its friggin cold.   :stomp: :swear:

Hey Alan,  Got colder today here and is in the 30's now but was in the 60's So a little cold here right now.  I fly out saterday morning to go to Atlanta first then to Columbia Mississippi to get started on my training for a month.  I can hardly wait to get started.  I get a new lap top also so i can diagnose the new vehicles.

Was like mid 40s today but a cold front has brought the temp tonight to about 20 or so...
