My Cuda's restoration update!!
« on: February 01, 2008 - 07:40:41 PM »
Well I finally got the new floor pans in the front in, which I have been holding on to for a year now. I also installed my antenna, new fuel pump, new rear bumper , and FINALLY front seat belts (aftermarket)moved my tac to the floor console, front tie rods, new carb, added new fuel pump with nice little billet fuel filter, new carpet, new power steering unit, new spark plugs and some other minor stuff. It's a slow process but I'll get there. Next on the list are interior front pillar posts and head liner. I added a couple of pics...

Thanks guys for the compliments. I know you guys know how tough it is and expensive to get our cars right.  I know Al ...I know..... that thingie around the license plate is not beautiful but my wife got me that right after I bought the car. I didn't have the heart to tell it wasn't my style but I have had it on there long enough to get away with changing it now.  Here is a pic prior to the new bumper so you can see what it is.

The old bumper had cancer rust on the inside. It was only a matter of time when it would show on the outside.
