1971 Challenger R/T
Black with no vinyl roof or any stripes.

At least... that's what the build sheet says. :) Right now the car is in red oxide primer and split between my garage and my Dads.

Mine is supposed to be Dark Moonstone Metallic with white vinyl top and white interior.  I can't recall ever seeing one that color. Haven't decided whether to go back that color or not? What do ya think?

Barry, looks like a `74 only color, probably not that many Challengers in that shade.I think it would look good with the white.
My `69 is going `01 Dodge Amber Fire Mettalic with gold flames, black interior.Biulding it as a street/strip car-340 or 360/727,racing buckets,no back seat, fuel cell etc.Just streetable enough to take to local criuse nights and car shows.

Is the engine it's original block?  ??? If so I would restore it, 318's can get some awesome hp (400hp plus) enough?  ;D Pretty Cheap to do as well.

ORRRRRRRRR

You could (depending on your $$$) buy a new Block for it, crate or scan eBay, a 440 would be an awesome engine, or a 340, 360 or 383 would be just as nice.

Depends what you want it for?

Show - stay 318 or custom 440 (clone)
Street - 440/383/340/360 In other words drop a different engine in.
Cruise - 318 or Small block 340 would be great and they aint slow if you want to go.  ;) 8)

Sounds like it's going to be a hot looking car  :D

1974 Cuda #'s matching 360/4-speed. currently being dissassembled for bodywork/paint. ( just removed engine and tranny yesterday). Originally Red, but Im tired of having red cars, so she will most likely end up Curious Yellow

Alright NZ, interesting idea... ::) :P  Anyways, I have decided to go Plum Crazy, as many of you can see, and also decided to go with a black vinyl top....It came from the factory with one and it'll still look cool, so why not.  ;D ;D
