Whoa!  Reminds me of the World of Wheels cars from the 70's!  :grinyes:  Takes talent to paint like that!  :grinyes:

A very artfully done car, but yes, a rolling freak show in this day and age.  People will think the circus is in town!  :roflsmiley:

But I do like it, brings back memories of me as a little kid doing models in the basement and the smell of orange sented model glue.... maybe I sniffed too much glue?  :clueless:

Wait a minute, that was this morning too, but without the orange scent!!!!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Pic #2 and 3 of my ARII 1/24 scale model car

Phil in New England-Massachusetts  Always thank God for what you have!

Seems it's either a love-it or hate-it deal. Here are a couple more shots. Personally I don't mind it. Was a 318 car originally.

I like it. I'd drive it. Not sure I'd leave the grill though.

Other than the grill/lack of side lights/painted trim/traction bars/......... I love it
Actually I'd also change those particular rims with that type of paint job.  :2cents:

Really do love these paint jobs though. If I had enough b@lls I'd do my Chally like this, but I'm not that much of a showboat  :walkaway:

Feel free to chime in there choppin. Would love to hear your opinion on this car  :roflsmiley:
I think I know what it would be  :grinyes:

It's different, it's retro, and it gives me flashbacks

of the seventies.  :smokin:

THAT car looks worse than ANY RICER I have ever seen in my entire life.

50 stickers on Jap cars with 20" rims and 5" exhausts out the back, with a smoke spray coming out the hood does not even COMPARE to how GAY This car looks. I know the world went backwards in the 60's and 70's but thats just RIDICULOUS.

All that car needs is a Stick of Dynamite in the engine bay and 1 in the cabin.

Whoever drives that car thinking it looks good is absolutelly MESSED Up in the head. :villagers:

Hey g-man tell us how you really feel.. :roflsmiley:   :ylsuper:   :dunno:

I can remember the crazy paint jobs of the time. I like it. I was working at a truck stop back then too and to see some wild paint and the murals some of those semi's had were very cool. Wish I still had some of the pictures I took from back then.

Funny how tastes change as you get older.  I would have really liked that car 30 years ago when I was 17.  Now I'd take it and restore it back to original.

I was used to seeing cars like that back in the day.  I would drive it but I would make 2 changes
1 paint the stripe over the mirror- it doesnt look right
2 Paint multi colors on the gril bars, that would help it blend in more.
