    5.7L Hemi in a '70 Barracuda

    Will a new crate 5.7 hemi motor drop into the existing motor mount locations on a '70 Barracuda with the original K-frame for a 318 motor?   :clueless:  Also, how about the bell housing & starter? :dunno:

    Short answer, yes with the correct conversion mounts.
    Long answer, search the forums and the web for tons of pictures and explanations. There are lots of guys doing this right now. You have alot to research before trying to tackle this.
    Not that hard, but not for a beginner to try without some help.

    You will need a center sump oil pan for starters , not sure if the crates come with that or the rear sump oil pan for the trucks

    I am doing a 6.1 in my challenger  :bigshades:

    I have an extra set of new tti mounts and adaptors cheap I would sale you or go to TTI for them. Charlies oil pan works great and looks good.

    The XV stuff is ok if you have deep pockets :money:

    This is my 6.1 with TTI mounts on the factory K frame
