You're right.  I WAS only kidding about that, but I wouldn't be surprised to see in the next month or so some "expert" make that exact argument.  Like the genius that predicted this would be the worst hurricane season ever due to global warming, then when there were no hurricanes, explained that that was because of global warming, too.
