Did all 71 Cudas have ralley dashes or was it an option??

All 70 and 71 Challenger RT's came standard with ralley gauges. The ralley gauges were a option on all Cuda, Barracuda models.

Didn't the '72-'74 Rallyes come with the Rallye dash, too?  Thought I read that somewhere.

Yes, all 72-74 Rallyes came standard with the Rallye dash.
