Original complete california 'Cuda, 33 k miles, #'s match, 383, 727, column shift, w/ac, manual drums, no posi 8.75, have original exhaust, motor is tied up. sheet metal is really straight and almost zero rust thru the body only on the rear quarter above bumper, i think. have excellent extra deck lid. Floors are gone but have one pulled from 70 or 71 e-body, trunk floor gone, rear rails are rusted at the bottom where water obviously sat, but have two excellent replacement 70 -71 rear rails . White seats are bad but have excellent white front rear 70 cuda seats, dash needs restored and have a complete extra dash for it, cracked windshield but have good tinted 1970 replacement. Grill is good. Rockers are solid front fenders are solid in and out, quarters are very good, and so's the hood. Have original fender tag and GG provided replacement tag. That's it. Oh yea, &%$^%# so wiw.  :(

My thoughts are between $12 to $15,000.    Unless firm documentation, I have a hard time buying in to the 33,000 miles claim.   Especially with rusted out floorboards, and rot in the frame rails, some on the quarters and such.    Engine is in doubt, and a buyer must figure the expense of the rebuild on that too, not to mention other intangibles.   Could make someone a nice car, with time and money spent on it.    Things are a bit tight all over now with many people and the economy.   Cars not bringing what the did almost 3 years ago when Mopars were much higher, times a little better.

Not much, put it on a boat to Sweden and I`ll ease your burden  :2thumbs:

Just kidding, looks like a excellent start for a resto or even keep as a survivor.

A fender tag readout would help.   :grinyes:

I'd guess closer to 11-12k.  That thing needs a lot of work.   :grinyes:

Like swede said, should make an excellent start.

Thanks for the input, I would not have guessed 11-12k. It's a basic Cuda and needs a lot. I guess the color and some extra parts help justify your estimates. Thanks again Check out the tag.

8000?  Where are you buying cars at.  Seems with no rust they go for much more than that.  Decent options. I think a little more than 8 K.  Probably around 10K.  my two cents any way.

I paid 9k for my 70 318 car, that needed full restoration. This car I'd say at least 12k but probably closer to 15k.

Seems like a lot of rust for a CA car

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

Ever seen a ca car that came from the beach areas where salt water spray gets at the car?  It will eat them up

I agree, just don't see many cars from CA where they are so rusty, it's so dry here. If it was from the coast, I would think the paint would be gone, not just the areas mentioned - just my opinion.  :2cents:

12k is a good price for the seller-10k for the buyer. Frame rail and floor pan rust is expensive to fix and there is probably alot more tha we see. IF your buyin it and paid 8500 great deal, if your selling it good luck getting 12k     :2cents:

Ya know, I believe your right. The paint would be in worse shape to some degree. I remember buying a 68 charger rt in 1981 all rusted to crap. The guy was in the service and he asked his wife to wash his car and cover it for him. She did it in Ajax. Oh he was sad. I bought it running and driving for 400 bucks. No telling the history of this car. It is in Ohio now to isnt it?  You just dont know.
