1970 Challenger 340 4 Speed A66
« on: February 08, 2008 - 11:30:03 PM »
Hello All  I'm a newbee I just got my original 340 4 speed car back from the blasters today .  This is one of 2 projects i am working on.  This car I am considering changing into a 440  6-PAk car.  I have a true T/A, that is the other project.  This car was originally going to be a T/A clone  :stirpot:, but i just bought a true T/A.   My Dream is 3 cars in total.  70 T/A.... 70 440 6-pak and a 70 Hemi Convertible  :money:.  That last will have to wait a bit.  But here is the pic of the 70 ...I am not sure if to paint it Hemi orange or the original FY1 Yellow ..It will have a Black V top.  any thoughts??? :feedback:

Dude, that cleaned up real nice, I always wonder why others with the rear quarters off don't have their blasting done then rather than after replacing them.
Dang to have all your problems.... 2- 340 cars.... Maybe how would the value be effected converting a to the big block vs what the change will cost you. Of course in the end, as most would agree, it's your baby so do what makes you happy.

Looks like a great start to your project. I love EV2 hemi orange but the FY1 yellow would look great with a black vinyl top.

Go-Mango looks too pale to me. It looks like they didn't put enought RED in it.

It's just like the engine paint. Do you like Street hemi-orange or Race hemi-orange?
