the firewall re-enforcement plate is different  for power brakes
the booster mount moves the booster higher & then uses the double pivot linkage to hook to the pedal

Thanks Chryco Psycho  :)

I can see at I will need a diskbrake reinforcement plate.

I have some holes in my firewall there almost match up with the booster. I think at the earlier owner has drillet them Mayne he has been a littel dizzy.

If my car is born without booster. should i so have booster holes i the firewall or only have a small bolt "pattern" For the master cylinder.

I think at i have the double pivot linkage "picture"

Thanks Guys

the holes for the booster will be in the firewall higher up hidden by the plate which you will need , the double pivot link is the part you have in the picture

Manual non power brake re inforcement plate is different than power brake re inforcement plate.

I just went thru the same thing with my OEM Bendix booster.
For my application, I bought the power brake re inforcement plate.
I bought the manual one and after, found out it wasn't the right one.

Try this guy out on e bay. I bought mine from him about a month ago. He had 2 or 3 of them and he still may have some around. His name is Joe.

For the original Hemi Bendix brake booster it's supposed to be a manual re inforcement plate not a power.
My apology on any confusion.

Quote from a seller on E bay that sells quite a few of the Hemi bendix boosters on e bay.

Hello,
Yes it fits the manual brake plate. All you need is the plate, Master and the C or B body booster one would already have.

Here's a power one.

The manual one has additional holes and the center hole is kinda triangular.

The B and/or C body ones have like a 45 degree slant on the top I believe.

E bodies are square with a small notch on one edge. That, I know for sure.

One more thing to make it even more confusing. There are 4 patterns of re inforecement plates that I know of.

1. power square..4 holes only, short in size
2. manual square...6 holes, triangular hole in middle
3. manual square...6 holes, round hole in middle
4, slanted top...B and/or C bodies.
