    Project Overkill on Musclecar

    Anyone catch the latest episode of Project Overkill on MuscleCar on Spike TV?
    It's the Hemi Orange Challenger with the 528 Hemi in it.

    I just saw the episode and it looks like it is nearing completion now almost a year later since they started on it. They said it will be at SEMA 08 this year. They autographed it on the roof. Got wax?

    Saw it.  It is an impressive car, but man, get it done already!  You would think I was working on it with how long it is taking!

    I heard a rumor that they are going to be doing a '71 'Cuda next season.

    So it should be done by the time the first redesign of the new CHallenger is out, maybe 2012.  J/K,  I had not heard that

    As for Project Overkill, I was duped by them last week.  I saw the add and thought they might finally finish it, but it was just a rerun from last year.  They claim it is their most popular project, so why has it been going on for 3 years?

    I know im taking my sweet time on mine, but then again I dont have their budget. I hope they finish it SOON. Tired of the reruns. :banghead:

        The 71 Cuda that they will be doing is for Dana White---pres of Ultimate Fighting Championship.  The guys fron Horsepower TV built a 440-6pk motor for it. They showed an artist rendition of what the car will look like as a teaser.  It looked like it will be a winchester gray car with a billboard stripe.  As someone else said I bet Mr. White got a ride in Rogans cuda and then decided he better have one to.    :drool:
