I priced some of the glue out and it is very expensive. $38. for a tube of just afew ounces. I am not sure how many it would take to go all the way around, maybe 7 or 8. Besides, it doesn't fit as perfect as i would like and so i am going to have to clamp it down as close as i can. Therefore welding is probably the only posiible way.  Front window and back window sit down just fine. The sides do not have enough of a lip to sit down in the drip rail, and so i will have to get it as close as possible. Glues a great idea and a lot quicker, but i am going ahead with the welding.

you will need no more than 3 cartridges,2 should be plenty,if you pre-fit all your metal perfect, but if you wanted to build up the sides,it may take a half of one cartridge, and where in the world are you getting those prices? I buy it for $25 a piece, check Sherwin Williams or Albert Kemperly, they have over 30 stores nationwide, they might have one near you,
