Hi Mark,

I have seen this before........... Just trying to remember.

The winder faces fully forward, but not sure about window location, up or down. :clueless:

I think it is fully up with winder forward.............

I've always set mine with the window all the way up, and the crank all the way down. That way road vibration doesn't slow pull the crank down and crack open the window without you noticing.

:iagree:  I do the same thing. I am not sure about factory settings. Maybe looking at new chrysler vehicles might answer this. They may have been doing it for all these years. Or just installing them any which way.

I couldn't remember where I'd seen it, it must have been Barry's drawing, that they were at 9:00.

Once I realized how wrong it looked for the cranks to be all in different positions, I moved mine to all point forward with the windows up; pretty much like Barry's image.  "Forward look" ; )

I always adjust mine so it's forward, pointing toward front of car, when window is all the way down.  This way my leg/knee doesn't hit it when driving.
