Seems if this was that good as they claim. Government regulations would of took charge of it and made it mandatory on new car makers since they were told a deadline to have vehicles getting 45 or 50 mpg

It would be nice if it were true! If all of us started to get 50MPG the oil companies woud raise the price to $25.00 per gal so they could still make the money. It's just the American way.  :nono:

How much does it cost?  Guess I just don't want give them a bunch of personal info only to find out I don't want to spend $6000.00 to get it.

A few comments:

(1). If it increases your mileage by 9X because it burns the fuel more efficiently, that means that the cars are currently wasting 90% of the fuel. Yeah, right.

(2). Plasma is the fourth state of matter, and no way, now how, does it resemble fuel. They are just throwing around sci-fi terms to make it sound impressive.

(3). If it has to be financed, it ain't cheap.

(4). If it worked, tractor-trailer drivers would be standing in line for miles.

(5). Why does it have to be custom made for your car? A 318 Dodge, is a 318 Dodge, is a 318 Dodge. Once its made for a particular engine, it should work for that engine. Period.

(6). Hmmm. What would make you more money: selling it on the internet, or having it in hundreds of thousands of auto-part stores and Walmarts across the country?

Has SCAM written all over it.

This is just too funny. "Covalizer fluid"? They are really trying on this one. Reminds me of the Nigerian email scams.

I just found ti=his while doing a little investigating. Seems as though a guy named Dennis Lee is behind thhis and gets his scientific direction from God. Pretty kooky if you ask me.

Regular gasoline contains 44.4 megajoules/kg. They say they used 2 pounds of fuel (up a 30 degree incline at 65mph for an hour), which is 0.907 kilograms, or 40.271 megajoules of energy.

65MPH for one hour is 65 miles, up an incline of 30 degrees is 32.5 miles up in the air, or 52300 meters. E=MGH, therefore, if we assume the van weighed 1300kg (2866 pounds), that would require 667 megajoules.

In fact, ignoring air resistance, rolling resistance, and drivetrain losses, and assuming a 100% efficient engine, for their statements to be true, the van must have weighed a whopping 78.5 kg (173 pounds). Considering a 318 weighs in the vicinity of 500-600 pounds, the van that they chose must have weighed around -400.

Sounds a little unrealistic to me.

edit: 667 megajoules, not kilojoules, sorry.

You guys are funny. I can't believe you use that much brain power on this scam. I did enjoy the math though.

Who knows, maybe they also invented negative mass? I wouldn't put it past them.

That would be a pretty cool new scam for fuel efficency - just put this big block of uhh... expensive-ium in your car, and your car will weigh less, and be more efficient!
