Can someone please tell me what number I need to look for on my build sheet so that I can identify what date code motor belongs in my car.

Top line of your broadcast sheet - B04 is November 4, 1969 (1970 model year) This date is the SPD or Scheduled Production Date, but it does not mean that your car was actually built that day.
1970 Hamtramck cars were typically made within three weeks prior to or three weeks after the SPD.
You can look for other date coded parts on the car and try and narrow it down further, this may help some;

Cam across this link

the description says the body is "as original" yet the scoop on this 70 RT looks more like a TA scoop, yet the car has 70 RT stripes. I was under the impression that the RTs came with either a shaker or dual inlet hood and the TA had the one big scoop

I beleive the T/A hood was offered for a short time on any R/T. I think I heard there were 7 documented cars with this option.
Don't hold me to this though because I can't remember where I read this.
