That's a good question. With a 2" drop, the stock bar will already have some deflection with the stock links. (think they are 3") Shorter links might be necessary to put the bar back in the neutral position for proper travel both ways on a lowered car. Maybe HP2 or CP will weigh in on this?   :clueless:

Sorry for that, I had to go thru a bunch of old related posts. It was Shelbydogg.
 
 


This looked like a great idea, but my sway bar mount doesn't have enough room to drill another hole.  It's pear shaped with the hole in the center.  The pic posted shows a square mounting area.  Was this something stock are fabbed?

You do want to keep the bar in a more neuteral spot so it will have sufficient up and down travel when the suspension goes up and down. Depending on what you have in the same vicinity, you may need to shorten the links a little bit or a lot to allow the bar the same range of motion. A decent grade 5 or better bolt will do the trick.
