JH23,

I might be interersted in the Rocker Molding.  Are they from Metros?  Can you give me shipping to 32003?

You do not have a location in your profile.  You may want to add it to help people to know where you are.  This can help people to estimate shipping costs.

I sent you an email, so does anyone know what models came with Rocker moldings?  I have a 70 drop top that has it, does it mean anything?

My 71 convertible also came with them.  It was an option.  The only time it was standard was when it was part of the 1970 Challenger SE package.

Hi Challenger6pak,

My brothers car is an SE Challenger and has never had sill molding attached, so i would dare say they are still an option on the fender tag M25. :2thumbs:

I'll take your word for it.  I wish I could find my 1970 order sheets.  I fear they were destroyed when my home got hit by the hurricanes in 2005.

I thought it was strange when he got the car as it is loaded to the hilt with options but no sill moldings :clueless: no hole for sill moldings and the car is in original fadded California Burnt Orange paint.  It even has the C15 color Burnt Oarnge seat belts and deluxe buckles along with a Burnt Orange rim blow wheel plus 8 track etc etc.

The one I have is a black w/ black leather car from the factory.  It has all the moldings. It is almost rough enough to be a parts car.  The only reason I am going to redo it is because I want one that in not too valuable that I can drive.  I also want to do some slight modifications to the body and would not do that to any of my other cars.

My Brothers car is my favourite Challenger, it is Burnt Orange exterior Burnt Orange interior with Burnt Orange cloth inserts Black Gator Grain roof 383 SE.  He is putting a Hemi in it instead but still going to drive it.

Your SE sounds like you love it and it does need saving and will be a great cruiser. :2thumbs:

Awesome color combination.  I am going with a 318 so I can drive it 200 miles away from the house w/o breaking my bank account.  I plan to really drive it. One plan it to go to the Nats from south FL.

Back to the topic.  I'm leaving the rocker moldings off.  :2thumbs:
