I paid for a part in December, he has not responded to any emails and his PM box is full.

Anyone have any dealings?

 I have kept my dealings with Dave private, as I wasn't sure how my dealings with him were going to play out.

 I will say that I sold him a set of 1970 Challenger 3 piece tail light assy. back in mid December.
I was in touch with him many times after that.
I was on the verge of feeling that I got a nice screw job handed to me by Dave.
 Fast forward to present.......
I just received a check for those parts a few days ago, with a nice letter.

 So my personal experience with Dave is that he is a man of his word, (even though it took a lot longer than expected, hid did explain himself throughout, and in the end, turned out to be a great dude in my eyes 

 I would never put words in anyone's mouth, but I just think he may have just had some sh!tty luck lately.
 I'll give him a call, and see what's up

 I sent out funds to Dave too for lots of parts. Agreed about not hearing from him back then . Just to let you know Dave is good people. His computer went down, he is involved with the armed forces and travels for classes as well. With that said at times you won't hear from him for a couple weeks. I received my parts + with some freebies he thrown in for the hassle. Also talking on the phone he is super friendly and knows quite allot about these cars. I would not hesitate to re-buy from him!

katfish - maybe someone here will come up with his email address or home address or phone #. Sorry I deleted the info I had on him last week to clear out my pm box.

I do know he said when his computer went down, he lost all the info he had about people with the parts. So you need to re-contact him and help him to remember about what he had, and what you paid for.

On Oct.6/07 I paid him for some convertible hydraulic cylinders, motor/pump and the lines. After a bunch of e-mails, and his hard drive problems he said he'd check with DHL to see what happened. That was on Dec. 31/07. Since then, no parts and no word. I know $hit happens so I've all but given up. Thank God I didn't lose a whole lot of money. BTW, as of this writing, his last visit here was Feb 14/08. Go figure, Valentines Day...where's the love

I am also looking for parts that were supposedly shipped.  I am still hoping he is good for it, but a bunch of time with no communication is making it harder for me to keep thinking positive.

At least yours was "supposedly" shipped.  Only up side for me is I didn't lose too much, just stinks when you feel like you've been screwed.
