Arkansas...Northwest Arkansas to be exact.
Only five hours from four major NHRA tracks. It's like heaven.
The best part is all of the rust free or virtually rust free mopars still sitting around in people's back yards and barns. I found five very nice drivable b-bodies less than 200 yards from my house a few years ago. Bought three of them. 69 triple black Charger R/T SE, 69 Runner and a 69 Superbee.

I'm in Salida, Colorado. Just about smack dab in the middle of Colorado.  High mountains, look out the window and see the continental divide.  Long open roads and fast driving all around!!

I live in a town called Pearland; which is a suburb in the southern part of Houston, Texas. Unfortunately with me living 45 minutes from the coast and an average annual rainfall of 45 inches a year there are few solid projects to be found localy. Fortunately we get a good influx of project vehicles from the dryer parts of the state like San Antonio and Dallas (Heck even west Houston is somewhat arid).
