NZ, i believe the rims you are talkin about without the holes are just stock steel stamped wheels with the cop hubcaps on them.

Yeah I'm not sure, I think both. either or. But I'm leaning non-slots as the just look more NASCAR and smooth.
Do you think the slotted rims will have any effect on the brake temp?

the slotted rims should help cool the brakes & is most likely the reason they are in there
